We are looking for a mid-senior front-end website developer. 3 – 5 years experience.
This is a remote position.
- Ability to work with dynamic projects
- Demonstrate the ability to take a project from the initial brief to production
- Create HTML mailers / Signatures / Resources that work with Pure CSS, SASS, HTML and PHP
- Ask Questions and follow up on projects without encouragement.
- Follow brand guidelines
- Ability to generate new and original ideas within the parameters of the brief
- Team player
- Have a good sense of design and layout
- Organisational and communication skills. Work with a project management system.
- Ability to make subjective decisions regarding subject matter and projects
- Be prepared to have meetings and present projects to clients and debrief in a constructive manner.
- Be willing to travel when needed.
- Have your own internet and transport.
- Have a functioning device: laptop/computer and smart phone.
- Stable Fibre / ADSL Internet Connection with Backup solution for Loadshedding
Needs the following skills:
- Needs a clear understanding of all page builders. New and old.:
- Elementor, Divi, Wp Bakery, Muffin Builder.. Etc..
- Be able to work within a scope and question what is out of scope
- Have good time management and be willing to work overtime to achieve client goals
Needs a clear understanding of CMS:
- Joomla, WordPress, Shopify, wix.
Needs to understand file managers and Hosting:
- Migrate websites
- Work within CMS files and folders
- Working with emails and forwarders as well as SMTP
- Working with hacks and malware
- Understand PHP config
Understand Design
- Put content together from a design given
- Follow a brief to spec
- Stick to a scope
- Design Savy (Very Important)

- Follow up with questions
- Be able to ask for help
- Be able to manage their own schedule
